The overall explanation method is short of analyzing each section of the course. The tutor simply narrates. The tutor really has an awful pronunciation. The material is not complete at all. For example there is no mention of C File Handling at all. This is not a course I would recommend to anyone especially for the cost it is offered. At some point the tutor promises to show further examples which would be more complex, but that of course never happens. The last video ends with him saying "see you at the next video". That never happens. The quizzes are simple and contain most of the times just one question. Additionally, even the Course completion certificate is a broken image that you can't ever download.

Instructor's command of the English language is limited...if you have programmed before, you can deal with it, but if this is one of your first programming courses, you may want to get something easier to understand. For example, he uses terms like "brackets" where he should be using the term "parenthesis" ...as they are NOT the same thing...and many other grammatical faux pas. (not to mention he reads from his powerpoint list, which is EXTREMELY dry...and C is dry enough, trust me. ) He also neglects to define/explain why a "string" is a character ARRAY, and that the symbol for string, namely [] is an array of characters, which forms a string. and in fact, he radomly exchanges the terms character and string in the tutorial, like they are the same thing. Actually, it seems in C there is no actual "string" datatype, only char...but there is a string header file, with string functions, so there is a lot of explaining that is simply omitted in the tutorial, leaving the student to search the web to attempt to figure it all out on his/her own. He actually gives ZERO tutorial explanations at all, he simply types up a few very basic, general and simplistic programs. Now that I have drudged my way through 1/3 of this course, I would say, save your money. Not even worth the $10. Hopefully some who speaks English and understands C will do a better one. To be more of this, I don't know if I will finish it or not, I was hoping to learn the intricasies of the C language, which is quite different than C++ or Java...but you won't get it here.
